About VenueCircuit
BUILT BY LITTLE FIGHT NYC · INTERACTIVE PROOF OF CONCEPT
Why we built this
VenueCircuit started from a real problem. The software that live-event businesses rely on was built for ticketing companies, not for the operators running shows. Settlement happened in spreadsheets. Riders lived in email threads. Team coordination happened in text chains and sticky notes. And every show required reassembling the same information from scratch.
We didn't want to build another project management tool with a concert skin on it. We wanted to build the actual operating record for a show — one place where the deal, the money, the production, the team, and the timeline all live together.
Who we are
VenueCircuit is designed and built by Little Fight NYC, a small creative and technical studio based in New York. Our work spans product design, web development, and software built for creative industries.
This project comes from people who have been on both sides of the show — loading in at 2pm, settling at midnight, chasing invoices the week after. We built VenueCircuit because we wanted it to exist and couldn't find it anywhere.
Where we are now
VenueCircuit is an interactive proof of concept that is still being actively built. The public site demonstrates the intended workflows using shared fictional data; it is not available for live customer operations, accounts, payments, or private workspaces.
If something is broken or a workflow is unclear, we want to know. Feedback helps shape the concept before any production service is offered.
Our values
- —We don't own your data. Everything you put into VenueCircuit belongs to your organization. Always. Full stop.
- —We don't take a cut of your deal. No transaction fees, no percentage points, no seat at the settlement table. We charge for the software. That's the whole model.
- —We don't hide what's in beta. If a feature isn't built yet, we say so. If something changes, we give you 30 days notice before it affects you.
- —We're not building for exit. This is a tool we want to use. We're building it to last, not to sell.

If you're a venue, promoter, artist, or crew member and want to explore the concept, you can open the shared fictional demo. It does not create an account, accept a pilot, or process real business information.
