For questions, feedback, bug reports, or anything else — email us at hello@venuecircuit.app. We respond within 24 hours, usually faster. We're not routing you to a ticket system. If something is broken or confusing, tell us directly.

During open beta, the team is small and we read everything. If you've found a bug that's blocking you, say so — we prioritize by impact, and we'd rather know quickly than find out after the fact.

Before reaching out, the Support & FAQ page covers most common questions about shows, settlements, roles, financials, and how the platform works. Most questions have fast answers there.

If you're logged into VenueCircuit, the fastest way to report bugs or submit feature requests is the feedback button in the sidebar. It goes directly to the team with your account context attached, which helps us respond faster.

Data & privacy requests

To request a data export, account deletion, or ask about how we handle your organization's data, email hello@venuecircuit.app with "Data request" in the subject line. We process these manually and respond within two business days.

You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy. Short version: we don't sell it, we don't train on it, and when you leave, it leaves with you.

Who builds VenueCircuit

VenueCircuit is built and operated by Little Fight NYC, a creative and technical studio based in New York City. We work in and around live events. This isn't a side project — we built it because we wanted it to exist.

We're not venture-backed or building toward exit. When you contact us, you're talking to the people who actually built it.
