Support & FAQ
Before reaching out, the Support & FAQ page covers most common questions about shows, settlements, roles, financials, and how the platform works. Most questions have fast answers there.
In the public demo, the fastest way to report bugs or suggest a feature is the feedback button on the page. It sends the team your note, the demo page you were viewing, and the fictional role you selected. There are no user accounts attached to feedback.
Data & privacy requests
The public demo has no accounts or customer workspaces. To ask about feedback deletion or the demo's data boundary, email hello@venuecircuit.app with "Data request" in the subject line.
You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy. Short version: the demo uses shared fictional data, and we don't sell or train on the feedback you send.
Who builds VenueCircuit
VenueCircuit is built and operated by Little Fight NYC, a creative and technical studio based in New York City. We work in and around live events. This isn't a side project — we built it because we wanted it to exist.
We're not venture-backed or building toward exit. When you contact us, you're talking to the people who actually built it.
Partnerships & integrations
If you represent a ticketing platform, calendar system, point-of-sale provider, or other live-event tool and want to discuss the concept, reach out at hello@venuecircuit.app with "Integration" in the subject. The visible integration views are simulations; no provider connection is available from this proof of concept.
