Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026 · Open Beta
Open beta status
VenueCircuit is in open beta. That means it's free to use — all of it, right now, no trial limits or credit card required. We're still building, and we want real people doing real shows in here while we do it.
Because we're in beta, features, pricing, and terms may change as we go. We don't plan to surprise you. If something material changes — pricing kicks in, a feature goes away, these terms get updated — we'll email you at least 30 days before it happens. You won't wake up to a wall of new rules with no warning.
By using VenueCircuit right now, you understand that the product is still being actively built. There will be rough edges. We're fixing them as fast as we can.
Your account
One account per person. Don't share your login credentials with anyone else. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account — so keep your password secure and don't reuse it from other places.
If you think your account has been compromised, email us immediately at hello@venuecircuit.app. We'll help you sort it out.
Your data is yours
Every show record, every ledger entry, every contact, every document — it's yours. Full stop.
By using VenueCircuit, you give us a limited license to store and process your data to run the service. That's it. We're not mining it, we're not selling it, we're not training anything on it, and we're not handing it to any third party without your explicit say-so.
We never claim ownership of your data. When you leave, it leaves with you. We'll help you export it if you need.
What you can use it for
VenueCircuit is built for legitimate live-event business operations. Booking shows, tracking finances, managing production, coordinating your team, storing contracts — that's the whole point.
Don't use it for fraud, spam, illegal content, or anything that violates applicable law. Don't use it to harm other people in the industry. Accounts that violate these terms will be suspended. If something looks borderline and you're genuinely unsure, just ask us.
What we can't promise yet
We aim for high uptime and we take reliability seriously. But we're in beta, so there's no formal SLA right now. Stuff can go down. Bugs can surface. We won't pretend otherwise.
When there's an outage or planned maintenance, we'll communicate it — via in-app notification and email when we can. We're not going to go dark on you. And when bugs come up, we fix them fast. That's the deal we're making even if we can't write it into an SLA yet.
Liability
VenueCircuit is provided as-is during the open beta period. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VenueCircuit and Little Fight NYC aren't liable for lost revenue, missed shows, or business fallout caused by software issues.
We know that's a hard thing to read when you're running real shows through this. We take that seriously. We're not hiding behind this clause — we genuinely care about the work being reliable. But we need it here, and we wanted to be straight with you about why.
Termination
You can leave anytime. No hoops, no guilt trip. Export your data first — there's a built-in export, or email us and we'll help you get everything out cleanly.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We won't do it capriciously. If there's an issue, we'll try to reach you first.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll give you at least 30 days notice by email before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or typo fixes won't trigger a notice cycle, but anything that actually affects your rights or obligations will.
Continued use of VenueCircuit after the effective date of updated terms means you've accepted them. If you don't agree, you can close your account before the changes kick in.
Who we are
VenueCircuit is built and operated by Little Fight NYC. We're a small team that works in and around live events. This isn't a side project to us — it's something we built because we wanted it to exist.
