Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026 · Proof-of-concept terms
Proof-of-concept status
VenueCircuit currently offers a public product demonstration only. There are no user accounts, live customer workspaces, payments, or pilot sign-up. The demo uses shared fictional data that may be visible to other visitors and may be reset, so don't enter real business or personal information.
Any pricing, feature, or product language in the demonstration is exploratory. It is not an offer to sell a service. Current terms will be published before anyone is asked to create an account or pay.
By using the public demo, you understand that the product is still being actively built and that demo records are disposable.
Your account
Accounts are not available. Do not treat the persona switcher as login or authorization; it is a presentation of possible role views using fictional data.
Before accounts launch, the account-security and incident process will be published. For questions about this demo, email hello@venuecircuit.app. We'll help you sort it out.
Your data is yours
Do not put your show records, ledger entries, contacts, documents, or other real information into this shared demo.
Demo records are fictional, shared, and disposable. Feedback you deliberately submit is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Production data ownership, export, and deletion terms will be published before any production service accepts customer data.
What you can use it for
You may use this site to evaluate the product concept and share feedback. Do not rely on the demo for booking, finances, contracts, operations, records, or any other live-event business activity.
Don't use it for fraud, spam, illegal content, or anything that violates applicable law. Don't use it to harm other people in the industry. Accounts that violate these terms will be suspended. If something looks borderline and you're genuinely unsure, just ask us.
What we can't promise yet
We aim for high uptime and we take reliability seriously. But there's no formal SLA right now. Stuff can go down. Bugs can surface. We won't pretend otherwise.
When there's an outage or planned maintenance, we'll communicate it — via in-app notification and email when we can. We're not going to go dark on you. And when bugs come up, we fix them fast. That's the deal we're making even if we can't write it into an SLA yet.
Liability
VenueCircuit is provided as-is as a product demonstration. Do not use it for live-event business operations or rely on it for revenue, bookings, settlements, payments, records, or deadlines.
The demonstration may change, be unavailable, or be reset without notice while the concept is evaluated.
Termination
You may stop using the public demo at any time. Because it is shared fictional data, there is no account or customer data to export.
We may change, pause, or remove the proof of concept at any time. Any future customer service will have separate production terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these proof-of-concept terms as the site changes. Production terms will be published and accepted separately before any customer service launches.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the demo or submit feedback.
Who we are
VenueCircuit is built and operated by Little Fight NYC. We're a small team that works in and around live events. This isn't a side project to us — it's something we built because we wanted it to exist.
