Pricing questions
What counts as "after beta"?
VenueCircuit is in open beta right now — all roles are free with no credit card required. Paid tiers activate when we flip the billing switch. You'll get advance notice before any charge.
Do I need to pay to invite a sound engineer or artist to my show?
No. Artists and crew are always free. You pay once for your Venue Owner or Promoter seat — everyone you invite on the Artist & Crew side joins at no cost.
What's the Venue Team model?
Venue Owners can invite team members (FOH, finance, day-of staff) under their single Business seat. Team members get scoped access — not full accounts. No per-seat upsells.
Can a promoter and venue owner both work on the same show?
Yes. Each pays for their own Business seat. The show record is shared — both see the ledger, settlement, and timeline from their own dashboard.
How does Vendor pricing work?
Vendors get market-level discovery and the ability to attach sponsorship line items to show ledgers. The $500/mo seat is for brands and service providers who want active show access — not passive placement.
